These terms apply to your use of greeters.ai and the demo lines on it (together, the "Site"), operated by Greeters.AI, a Ministry Digital company, 1680 N Vine St #393p, Los Angeles, CA 90028. Paid services are covered by a separate written agreement or order, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Demo lines

The numbers on our Site connect to automated agents. They are demonstrations and are not staffed by people. Calls are recorded and transcribed, as the agent tells you at the start of the call. See our Privacy Policy.

Not for emergencies. If you or someone else is in danger or needs medical help, hang up and call 911. In a mental health crisis, call or text 988.

Demo agents give no legal, medical, financial, lending or insurance advice, and nothing they say creates an attorney-client or other professional relationship, a loan commitment, a quote or an offer. They are examples of how an agent could handle a conversation for a business. Please do not share sensitive personal information on a demo line, and do not use the lines for harassment, spam or any unlawful purpose.

Website assessment and estimates

The website assessment and revenue estimate are automated and illustrative. They read only public information or the figures you enter, and they are not guarantees of results.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site. That includes trying to break or overload it, probing it for vulnerabilities without permission, scraping it at scale, submitting false or someone else's information through a form, or using it to violate any law or anyone's rights.

Our services

We configure and operate agents for customers across voice, SMS, web and messaging channels. Agents contact people only when those people have asked to be contacted or have given consent, such as demo requests and job applicants; we do not provide cold calling. Customers are responsible for their own compliance obligations, including consent and recording rules, industry rules that apply to their business, and the accuracy of the information they give an agent to work from.

Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text and software are owned by Greeters.AI or its licensors. You may view the Site and share links to it, but you may not copy or resell it without our written permission. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Disclaimers

The Site and demo lines are provided "as is" and "as available." Automated agents can make mistakes, mishear, or give incomplete answers, and we do not promise that they will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Greeters.AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or demo lines. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
