Greeters.AI ("Greeters.AI", "we", "us") designs and operates intelligent agents that handle conversations for businesses across voice, SMS, web and WhatsApp. Greeters.AI is a Ministry Digital company, located at 1680 N Vine St #393p, Los Angeles, CA 90028. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Forms on greeters.ai. When you request a demo, a configured agent, a call audit or an estimate, we collect what you enter: such as your business name and type, your name, email, phone number, website, call volume and any notes. We also record the country and region the request came from and your browser's user-agent string, to filter spam.
Website assessment. When you scan a website, we read that site's public pages and store the resulting score with the site's address. We use your IP address briefly to limit how often scans can be run.
Demo lines and demo calls. Our demo numbers connect to live agents, and if you request a demo we may call or text the number you gave us. Each agent identifies itself as automated and tells you the call is recorded. We collect your phone number, the recording, a transcript, a summary and anything you share during the conversation.
Customer conversations. When we operate an agent for a customer, we process the calls and messages that agent handles on the customer's behalf. For that data we act as the customer's service provider and follow the customer's instructions.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and provide the service you asked about.
- To run, test and improve our agents, for example reviewing demo conversations to correct an agent that answered poorly.
- To protect the service from spam, abuse and fraud, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, we may send text messages about your request, such as demo details, scheduling and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to operate the site and our agents: web hosting and storage providers, the voice, messaging and customer-record platforms that run our agents and store conversation records, telephone and messaging carriers, and the speech and language models that power the agents. They process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect people from harm.
Recording and disclosure
Calls with our agents are recorded and transcribed. The agent says so at the start of the call and identifies itself as automated. If you do not want to be recorded, you can end the call. Please do not share Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, health information or other sensitive details on a demo line.
Retention
We keep form submissions and demo records only as long as we need them for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit who can access stored data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Use the contact form at greeters.ai and choose "Other", or call (945) 319-7679. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We will respond within the time the law requires.
Children
Our service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and we will note significant changes on our home page.
